Who are we?Please allow me,
Renaud Menelas, the founder of
Nice Touched-Pictures to introduce this company to you. The birth of
NTP was a
result of almost two decades of experiences mixed up with a lot of
passion and love for photography and Videography. It was a
decision guided partly by love to do what we enjoy and partly
influenced by positive feedbacks received from our very first
customers, colleagues, trainees, former employers, coworkers, business
owners, etc. While you move throughout the site, you will get
more details about our experiences and services. You will as well find
out what we do or do not.
It was in 1991, a friend of mine gave me an SLR Yashika camera. Curiously, I started to identify the different parts on it and their functions. With no tutor, no guidebook, after a good period communicating with that photo camera, I bought my first roll of film and I started taking pictures of anything that came in front of me: from trees to people; from seas to seasonal skies; from animals to buildings.

To me, each
p
art of the day as well as each season has an influence on images. On weekends, I would go anywhere that came on my mind. I w
ould get on the top of a mountain, in the middle of the day to take aerial views of a city. I would be by the sea, early in the morning to get some shots of the rising sun. I would take pictures of my classmates, family members, friends and
neighbors to build my first portfolio.
As the time was passing by, I started to develop more love for photography and I started to buy books, magazines to have a deeper view and a more founded knowledge about this beautiful Art.
In 1996, five years later, I was already making good profits from pictures. I was in twelfth grade and that was when I went to photography school (ETC Ecole of Technology and Communication-Haiti) for the first time. Bitten by the Art, I was a brilliant student, so I graduated from the school as first laureate of my promotion.
